Use Case: Content and Digital Asset Management

This version is built using FormKiQ Enterprise, including digital asset version control and a module to integrate with an organization's preferred website content management system.

Workflow Steps:

1. A potential customer or internal user accesses the organization's website or intranet (or possibly even a mobile app). Content from the website is powered by the organization's preferred website content management system.
2. The website content management system provides a mix of digital assets, some that may have originally been imported from FormKiQ's document storage, and others that could be directly served from FormKiQ.
3. The content administrator can add and update digital assets in the Website CMS or using FormKiQ, depending on the company's preferred workflow and how the integration has been set up.
4. Digital assets, including document content, can be seamlessly synced between the website CMS and FormKiQ, allowing other applications to access the latest version of an asset through FormKiQ's API, or the Amazon CLI or SDK.
